按阻燃特性的等級劃分
按照UL<span style=""mso-bidi-font-size:10.5pt;font-family:宋體;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";">標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(UL94<span style=""mso-bidi-font-size:10.5pt;font-family:宋體;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";">、UL746E <span style=""mso-bidi-font-size:10.5pt;font-family:宋體;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";">等)<span style=""mso-bidi-font-size:10.5pt;font-family:宋體;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";">規(guī)定的板材燃燒性的等級劃分，可將基板材料劃分為四類，即UL-94V0 級、UL-94V1級、UL-94V2級以及HB<span style=""mso-bidi-font-size:10.5pt;font-family:宋體;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";">級。
一般講按照UL<span style=""mso-bidi-font-size:10.5pt;font-family:宋體;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";">標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢測達(dá)到阻燃HB<span style=""mso-bidi-font-size:10.5pt;font-family:宋體;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";">級的覆銅板，稱為非阻燃類板(<span style=""mso-bidi-font-size:10.5pt;font-family:宋體;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";">俗稱HB<span style=""mso-bidi-font-size:10.5pt;font-family:宋體;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";">板);<span style=""mso-bidi-font-size:10.5pt;font-family:宋體;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";">達(dá)到UL<span style=""mso-bidi-font-size:10.5pt;font-family:宋體;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";">標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的垂直燃燒法的燃燒性要求的覆銅板(<span style=""mso-bidi-font-size:10.5pt;font-family:宋體;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";">阻燃特性最佳的等級為UL-94 V0 <span style=""mso-bidi-font-size:10.5pt;font-family:宋體;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";">級)<span style=""mso-bidi-font-size:10.5pt;font-family:宋體;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";">，稱為阻燃類板(<span style=""mso-bidi-font-size:10.5pt;font-family:宋體;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";">俗稱V0<span style=""mso-bidi-font-size:10.5pt;font-family:宋體;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";">板)
PCB行業(yè)中的”阻燃級別”是個通俗說法，科學(xué)的說法是“燃燒性能級別”。關(guān)于材料燃燒性能分級的最低級別，采用的是水平燃燒試驗方法，中國對應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為GB/T2408-1996塑料燃。
